SFJH系列回转分级筛

一、    设备主要特点

SFJH系列回转筛用于饲料厂粉状物料或颗粒饲料的筛选和分级，也可用于饲料厂原料的初清以及大、中型饲料厂二次粉碎后中间产品的分级。此外，还可广泛用于粮食、食品、化工、制糖、采矿、造纸等多种行业的原料和成品的筛选与分级。

SFJH系列回转筛的驱动装置包括电机和传动箱，电机通过一级三角带驱动轴带动偏心块旋转，从而实现筛箱前部的作回转运动。

筛船由顶盖、筛箱和上下筛框及压紧机构组成。顶盖为钢质结构一方面对筛箱起密封作用，另一方面对筛框起压紧作用，顶盖上有四个观察窗，可以观察物料的运动情况和用来检修。

筛箱由钢板铆合而成，它和顶盖形成一个封闭的结构，物料在其中得到充分的分级。

SFJH系列回转筛由压紧手柄、压紧机构座和锁紧螺母组成。调节螺杆的长度可以调节压紧力。

筛框由木质框架和固定在木框上的编织网以及用来清理筛面的跳球组成。

尾部支承由四组弹性尼龙板组成，起支撑筛船和限位作用。

SFJH系列回转筛采用吊悬挂式安装形式。吊索选用优质高强度钢丝绳 。

二、工作原理

倾角为4度的筛船由驱动箱传动，其运动轨迹在进料端为水平圆运动，在长度方向上逐渐变成椭圆运动，最后在出料端变成近似往复直线运动。

进料口集中喂入的物料，在筛体圆运动作用下，均匀地分布在整个筛面上，并产生自动分级。从而使料层下面粒度较小的物料迅速过筛，而上面粒度较大物料则向出料端运动。在移动过程中，由于没有搅动和垂直跳动，因而其中较小的颗粒始终紧贴筛面，随时可以过筛。出料端、筛体的运动变为近似往复直线运动，使筛理作用逐渐减弱，从而使大于筛孔尺寸的颗粒迅速向出料方向移动，直到排出机外，完成物料的整个筛分。筛理过程中，不断跳动的弹性小球有效地防止物料阻塞筛孔，保证了筛的高效率，传动箱的平衡块使筛船运动过程中前后方向上的惯性力得到平衡，从而保证了筛子运动的平衡性。
